I’m proud to support Remembering Srebrenica, which brings people together to remember the victims and survivors. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve educated myself and understood the significance of what happened. Educating ourselves on what happened in the past is so important, particularly to ensure no one experiences such horrors again. I hope the UK will start a trend for other countries to pick up on because the more people find out about what happened and learn from the past, the better things will become.
